Dear sisters, We have gathered here to talk about Dalit women liberation. I hope our discussion happening here will reach the international community beyond India which portrays itself as a powerful nation. Because, our discussion has the power to change the understanding of today’s politics. A lot of you might be puzzled on why a Transwoman, who  is so oppressed and marginalised, is talking about the oppression Dalit women face. There might be questions on the correlation between Dalit women and Transwomen. I hope to engage on all these questions with you and extend my hand in sisterhood hoping you will walk with me in my struggle as a dalit trans woman. Like the radical Tamil poet Inkulab said “only an oppressed person can relate another oppressed person’s pain”. Keeping what he said in mind; I am here to talk about Dalit women liberation. Protection of Transgender Rights bill-2016 The lives of transgender people are destroyed in the name of   Protection of Transgender Rights bill-2016 under the fascist Government of India. In order to amend the bill that projects transgender community as criminals, several protests took place across Tamil Nadu last year. A group of us also met members of the Parliamentary committee and ministers (including ministers from TN) in New Delhi to explain the status of livelihood and submitted a draft bill that was created by our own community members.  After analyzing our draft, the Committee suggested (Central Social Justice Authoritative) to provide reservation in education and employment for us. It was strictly mentioned in the statement to provide the reservation.  But nothing close to the statement or any matters relating to the rights and reservation of transgender community are mentioned in the meaningless bill that is to be passed by the saffron army in next session o

மாற்றுப்பாலினத்தோர் பாதுகாப்பு உரிமை மசோதா -2016 மாற்றுப்பாலினத்தோர் பாதுகாப்பு உரிமை மசோதா -2016 என்கிற பெயரில் மாற்றுப்பாலினத்தோரின் வாழ்வியலை அழித்து ரசிக்கிறது பாசிச அரசு. மாற்றுப்பாலினத்தோரை குற்றவாளிகளாக சித்தரிக்கும் இம்மசோதாவை திருத்தம் செய்ய கோரி கடந்த ஆண்டு தொடர் போராட்டங்களை முன்னெடுத்தது மட்டுமல்லாமல் பாராளுமன்றத்தின் நிலைக்குழுவில் உள்ள பல நாடாளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர்களை,அமைச்சர்களை (தமிழகத்தைச் சார்ந்தவர்கள் உட்பட) டெல்லியில் நேரில் சென்று எங்களின் வாழ்நிலை குறித்து விளக்கியதோடு எங்களுக்கான வரைவு மசோதாவை திருநங்கைகளே தயார் செய்து  நிலைக்குழுவிடம்  சமர்ப்பித்தோம்.நாடாளுமன்ற நிலைக்குழு எங்களது வரைவு மசோதாவை ஆய்ந்து அலசிய பிறகு எங்களுக்கான கல்வி,வேலைவாய்ப்பில் இடப்பங்கீடு வழங்க வேண்டும் என்ற பரிந்துரையை மத்திய சமூகநீதி அதிகாரமளித்தல் அமைச்சகத்திடம் அளித்தது.அதில் மாற்றுப் பாலினதோருக்கு கண்டிப்பாக இடப்பங்கீடு வழங்க வேண்டும் என்கிற வாக்கியமும் இடம் பெற்றிருந்தது. இதையெல்லாம் சிறிதும் கண்டுகொள்ளாமல் திருநர்களின் கல்வி,வேலைவாய்ப்பு இடப்பங்கீடு பற்றி எந்த ஒரு அறிக்கையும் இடம்பெறாம

Euthanize  Us! To the President and the Prime Minister of India We, the Transgender people of India, the children of this ‘Independent’ land who have been disowned by our family, by the government, and have been made refugee in our own land. I am writing this with the sweat and blood of the Transgender community and request you to at least Euthanize  Us.   ‘The Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Bill 2016’ has lost the essence of the Indian Democracy and targets the Transgender community with its toxic policies. We are suffering in-between life and death due to your toxicity. It is far better to die rather than wandering in-between life and death. So, please Euthanize  Us. The Indian Constitution, judicial system, and our representatives contradict each other and question the entire concept of democracy. It is far better to die than to survive in the margins of the society where you have pushed Us. So, please Euthanize  Us.  The Transgender Persons

 திருநர் தீட்டாத வீடோவியம்..!!!!! மனித சமூகம் நாகரீகம் அடைந்ததின் ஒரு குறியீடு வீடு. சமூகத்தில் வீடு வகிக்கும் பாத்திரம் மகத்தானது.உயிரற்ற கல்லும் மண்ணும்,கூரையும் ஓலையும்,தரையும் தளமும் உயிருள்ள ரத்த உறவுகளின் உணர்வுகளை குழைந்து எழுந்து நிற்கும்.சில பழங்காலத்து வீடுகள் மரபுவழிப்பட்ட தங்கள் உறவுகளின் உயிரோட்ட உணர்வுகளை கடத்திக் காட்சிப் படுத்தும் அற்புத அமைப்பாக இயங்கும்.அந்த அமைப்பின் ஏதோ ஒரு பகுதி சிதிலமடைந்தால் அங்கே வசிக்கும் உசுருகள் பதறித் துடிக்கும்.ஏனெனில் அது அவர்களின் முன்னோர் கல்லாலும் மண்ணாலும் வரைந்திட்ட வீடோவியம். சில புது வீடுகள் அங்கே குழுமி வாழும் ரத்த உறவுகளின் இன்பங்களை ரசித்து சுவைக்கும்.சில சமையம் இவர்களை உறசிச் செல்லும் துன்பங்களைக் கண்டு மனம் வெதும்பும்.ஏனெனில் இவர்கள் தங்களின் நிம்மதியின் இன்பத்திற்காகவே அந்த வீடோவியத்தை வரைந்திருக்கிறார்கள். இன்றைக்கு பல்வேறு காரணங்களால் மக்கள் தங்கள் வீட்டோவியத்தை இழந்து நிற்கிறார்கள்.  பொருளாதார வெறி உச்சமடைந்து போர் வெறியாக மாறும் போது தனது பீரங்கிகளால், எளிய மனிதர்கள் வரைந்திட்ட வீட்டோவியத்தை பெயர்த்தெடுக்கி

என்னுள் இயங்கும் பாலுயிரியை வெளிபடுத்திட அவ்வுயிரில் வாழ்ந்திட தொடைக்கு நடுவே மூன்றங்குலம் தொங்குகிற ஆணுறுப்பை அறுத்தெரிந்து ,ரத்ததில் நனைந்து “ திருநங்கை ”யாய் மலர்ந்தேன் .அது ஒரு பேரானந்தம் என்றே மகிழ்ந்தேன்.ஒரு சுய பாலுயிரியாய் சிறகை விரித்தேன்.சிறுவயதாய் இருந்த அப்போதெல்லாம் எனக்கு தெரியாது,சுயமாய் சிறகைவிரித்தால் பொதுச்சமூகம் எனும் மேகம் என் மீது மலத்தை மட்டுமே பொழியுமென்று..! எங்களை ஏளனமாய் பார்க்கும் பொதுச்சமூகத்தின் கண்கள் நாற்றமெடுக்கும் ஒரு மலக்குவியலைப் போலவே என்னுள் ஒரு கற்பனை உருவை உருவாக்கி வைத்திருந்தேன் .பெரும்பாலும் இது உண்மையும் கூட!அதனாலயே என் சமூகம் நாற்றமெடுக்கும் இந்த பொதுச்சமூகத்திடமிருந்து ஒதுங்கியே வாழ்ந்து வருகிறது. எங்களிடம் பொதுச்சமூகம் காட்டும் பாகுபாடு என்பது ஒரு கருப்பினத்தவரிடம் வெள்ளை வெறியன் காட்டும் பாகுபாட்டை விட ,ஒரு அருந்ததியர் மீது சாதிய வாதிகள் சுமத்திய பீக்கூடையை விட மிகக்கொடியது.அதை ஒவ்வொரு நாளும் நாங்கள் உணர்ந்தாலும் சமீபத்தில் சென்னை புழல் சிறையில் நான் கண்ட   வேதனையினால் இவர்கள் எவ்வளவு பெரிய கொடூரர்கள் என்பதை மேலதிகமாகவே
