அரச தீண்டாமை…!  கடந்த வியாழன் பெப்ருவரி 01 அன்று காலைப் பொழுதை பறவைகளின் கீச்சிலிகள் எழுப்பியது போலவே 2018-2019 இந்திய அரசின் பட்ஜட் எதிர்பார்ப்பு என்னை எழுப்பியது.இம்முறையும் ஏமாற்றம் தான் என்கிற சிந்தனை என் மனதின் பெரும் பகுதியை ஆக்கிரமித்திருந்தாலும் ‘’இம்முறையும் என் சமூகமான மாற்றுப் பாலினத்தோரின் மேம்பாட்டுக்கான பொருளியல் ஒதுக்கீடு இருக்காதா..!’’என்கிற ஏக்கம் இருக்கவே செய்தது.மணி பகல் பதினொன்ன்றை கடக்கிறது இந்த தேசத்தை ஆளும் அரசு தனக்கான வரவையும் அது செலவிடப் போகும் தொகைகளையும் சமூகவாரியாகவும் துறைவாரியாகவும் வெளியிட்டுக்கொண்டே இருக்கிறது.அதை ஊடகங்கள் பரபரப்பாக காட்சிப்படுத்திக் கொண்டே இருக்கின்றன.நான் மிகவும் எதிர்பார்ப்போடு தொலைக்காட்சிக்கு முன்னால் அமர்ந்திருந்தேன்.ஒவ்வொரு அறிவுப்புகளையும் உன்னிப்பாக கவனித்தும் வந்தேன்.நான் கவனித்திதல் என் கண்கள் சிவந்தே போனது.சில மணி நேரங்களில் அறிவிப்புகள் அனைத்தும் முடிந்தன.உண்மையில் பட்ஜட் தயாரிப்புக்கு முன்பாக இந்திய அரசு கிண்டிய அல்வாவின் சுவையை அப்போதுதான் என்னால் உணரமுடிந்தது. இந்த தேசத்தில் வாழும் ஒரு பாலின பிரிவை கணக்கில் க...

Protection of Transgender Rights bill-2016 The lives of transgender people are destroyed in the name of   Protection of Transgender Rights bill-2016 under the fascist Government of India. In order to amend the bill that projects transgender community as criminals, several protests took place across Tamil Nadu last year. A group of us also met members of the Parliamentary committee and ministers (including ministers from TN) in New Delhi to explain the status of livelihood and submitted a draft bill that was created by our own community members.  After analyzing our draft, the Committee suggested (Central Social Justice Authoritative) to provide reservation in education and employment for us. Especially given that, in the early years of the 21st century, most democratic nations do not take responsibility to improve the lives and livelihoods of those who do not conform to the binary standards of gender.
