தோழர்கள் அனைவருக்கும் ஜெய்பீம்..!
இன்று தோழர் ரோஹித் வெமுலா வின் இரண்டாம் ஆண்டு நினைவுநாள் நிகழ்வு கடந்த வருடம் காவல்துறையின் அடக்குமுறையினால் இந்த நிகழ்வு நடைபெறவில்லை.இந்த வருடம் இதை எப்படியாவது நடத்திகாட்டவேண்டும் என போராடி இந்நிகழ்வை ஒழுங்கு செய்திருக்கும் அம்பேத்கர் மாணவர் கூட்டமைப்பிற்கு எனது நன்றி.தொடர்ச்சியாக பல்கலைகழக படுகொலைகளை அரங்கேற்றிகொண்டிருக்கிறது இந்த இந்து பாசிச அரசு ரோஹித் போன்ற மாணவர்கள் மட்டும் அல்லாமல் விழுப்புரம் மாவட்டத்தை சேர்ந்த சரண்யா,மோனிஷா,ப்ரியங்கா ,அனிதாபோன்ற மாணவிகளின் இரத்தத்தையும் இந்த பயங்கரவாத அரசு குடித்திருக்கிறது.மேலும் நஜீப்,முத்துகிரிஷ்ணன்,சரவணன்,ஜோயேல் சமீபத்தில் சரத்பிரபு என்ற மாணவன் டெல்லி யில் எம்.எஸ் படித்து கொண்டிருந்த திருப்புரைசேர்ந்தவர் மர்ம மான முறையில் இறந்திருக்கிறார் இது போன்ற கொரூரங்கள் நடைபெறுவதற்கு சாதியமும்,தனியார்மயமும் தான் காரணம்.உலகவர்த்தக கழத்தில் இந்தியா கையெழுத்திட்ட நாள்முதல் கல்வி உட்பட அனைத்தும் தனியார்மயக்கப்பட்டு கொண்டிருக்கிறது அதன் காரணமாகதான் பல்கலைகழத்திற்கு கொடுததுக்கொண்டிருந்த மானியங்கள் நிறுத்திவைக்கப்பட்டன அதனால் தான் மாணவர்களுடைய கல்வி உதவிதொகை நிறுத்திவைக்கப்பட்டது.இதனை ரோஹித் தன்னுடைய கடிதத்தில் குறிப்பிட்டிருந்தார்"என்னுடைய கல்வி உதவிதொகை 1 லட்சத்தி 75 ஆயிரம் ரூபாய் 7 மாதங்களாகியும் எனக்கு வரவில்லை" என்று இந்த வரிகளில் பொருலாதாரத்தின் நெருக்கடியை வலிகளாக பதிவுசெய்திருந்தார்.ஹஜ் பயணிகளுக்கான மானியம் நிறுத்தப்பட்டதற்கும் இது தான் காரணம் .இதையெல்லாம் பார்க்கும் பொழுது கல்வி என்னும் மூச்சு காற்றை இப்பொழுதுதான் சுவாசிக்க துவங்கியிருக்கும் என் போன்ற மாற்றுபாலினத்தவரின் குரல்வலை பாசிசத்தால் நெருக்கி கொலைசெய்யப்படுவிடுவோமோ என்ற அச்சம் எனக்குள் ஏற்படுகிறது தோழமைகளே.இவ்வாறு சாதியத்தாலும்,தனியார்மயதாலும்
தாழ்த்தப்பட்டோர்கள் மீதும் பிற்படுத்தபட்டவர்கள்மீதும்,இசுலாமியர்கள் மீதும் மாற்றுப்பாலினத்தவர்கள் மீதும் இந்த பாசிச இந்துத்துவ அரசு ஆதிக்கத்தையும் அடக்குமுறையையும் செலுத்திகொண்டிருக்கும் இந்த இந்துத்துவத்தையும் சாதியத்தையும்,தனியார்மயத்தையும் எதிர்த்து நாம் அனைவரும் ஒரே குடையின் கீழ் ஒற்றுமையாக ஒன்று சேர்ந்து போராட வேண்டிய தருணம் இது இறுதியாக அம்பேத்கரின் வரிகளை நினைவுகூறி எனது உரையை நிறைவு செய்கிறேன் "எந்த திசையில் திரும்பினாலும், சாதி என்ற கொடூரம் உங்கள் பாதையில் குறுக்கிடுகிறது. இந்த` கொடூரத்தை கொல்லாமல், அரசியல் சீர்திருத்தங்களோ, பொருளாதார சீர்திருத்தங்களோ சாத்தியமில்லை” – அம்பேத்கர்

ஹைதராபாத் பல்கலைகழகத்தில் நேற்று நடைபெற்ற ரோஹித் வெமுலா நினைவுகூட்டத்தில் நான் ஆற்றிய உரை.
Today is the second death anniversary of rohith vemula. Last year fascist police regime denied permission to observe the anniversary. I salute and thank the Ambedkarite Students Association (ASA) who determined to observe the anniversary fought the administration and organized the event. Continuous murders in universities by Hindu fascist regime not only murdered Rohith but many other Students .Saranya of villupuram district, Monisha, Priyanka, Anita are some of the victims of blood sucking fascist regime. The list includes Najeeb(murderously attacked by abvp and missing since then),Muthukrishnan,Saravanan,Joel and recently Sarath babu from Tirupur studying in AIIMS institute of delhi died in mysterious way.
Casteism and Privatization of education are the two major reasons behind these murders. Ever since Indian state submitted to WTO terms it started privatization of education and subsequent reduction of subsidies, funds for Universities. It allows State to withhold scholarship of students. Rohith vemula ,(JRF awarded scholar) mentioned in his letters how state illegally freezes his hard earned JRF award scholarship for seven months amounting to one lakh and seventy five thousands exposed financial stress meted out to students. Withdrawal of haj subsidy too results of such privatization policies.
Seeing these atrocities creates apprehension among Transgender like us who after waging a long struggle stepping into universities with many dreams that whether transgender too will be suffocated in universities by fascism thrashing our dreams of liberation.
This hindu facist regime taking the tools of casteism, privatization continuously attack, oppress the muslims, dalits,transgenders and other oppressed communities . So it is need of the hour that we oppressed community comes under one umbrella to fight hindutva fascism, casteism,privatization –imperialism. I end my speech with Babasaheb words, “wherever you turn the evil of casteism obstruct your path, without destroying this evil (casteism) it is impossible to bring political or economic reforms”.
